Nice and easy on the jumprope, hopefully unbroken on the barbell, and a smooth, consistent pace on the burpee box jump overs. That’s the pace we want to try and set and then hold onto for the duration of these AMRAPs. The barbell does get heavier, but because the reps decrease, hopefully it stays unbroken, while we catch our breath during the burpee box jump overs. Remember, you get to rest in between today, folks, so try and. push all you can within those working minutes.
