First, the goal for the weightlifting portion is to move as well as you can with a challenging weight. If the form starts to break down too much, lower it to where you can still achieve exceptional movement standards. For the conditioning section, the limiting factor should not be strength. You should be able to do 15-20 reps unbroken when fresh. If not, consider bringing that weight down. Otherwise, be smart about strategizing your sets, and hold on.
