If you took the Double-Under clinic not too long ago, you’ll remember the idea of setting yourself up for success. When you put the rope on the ground, make it easy to pick up. When you set your position up for the deadlift, make it the best and most solid position you possibly can, and when you set up on the AbMat, make them the best sit-ups you’ve ever done in your life. The score today is weight used, so challenge the weight a little, but not too much to where you blow your back out. So stay strong, nice and easy.
