Swing, carry, then row. Easy. Good news is, an AMRAP makes it easier to pace than say 5 rounds for time. If you do it correctly, you should be able to get off that row and immediately onto the kettlebell without hesitation. Same for the single kettlebell farmers carry. If you’re confident you can do that with the prescribed weight, don’t hesitate to bring it down. Nice and easy, lemon squeezy.
