Goal for today: stay out of the panic zone. Quite often in an interval workout, we hit halfway and go straight to the panic zone where we question if we can finish, and therefore question our abilities, thereby throwing off the entire mental strategy we had beforehand. So on that third round, rather than enter the panic zone, tell yourself you got this. Because guess what? You got this. With that in mind, keep doing what you’re doing, and finish strong.
