Quite a bit of forearms today, folks. What that means is, breaking a bit early might pay off so that there is a little left in the tank to push at the end. Maybe 1 break at the halfway for the farmers carry, and 1 break on the deadlifts. The rest within the break should be extremely minimal, but the point again is to save the grip. For the sit-ups, you don’t need your arms, so use those 30 reps as a chance to slow down your breathing and get ready for the next carry. Easy!
