This one’s a longer workout, so knowing how to pace is key. The cleans should be light enough that you can move through them well, they should be more of an annoyance than a hindrance. For the lunges, shoot for going unbroken as much as possible. Once it’s up there, don’t drop it. Move through the row as quick as you can, and for those situps, try to speed up a bit and get right back on the row.
