Once in a while, it’s fun and ultimately helpful to try something out of the ordinary. Today we do that with a different variation on the strict overhead press. We will be pressing a barbell, but instead of plates, we will hang kettlebells from the bar with bands. This changes everything! Have fun with it!


Warm-up (No Measure)

Arm Circles

10 Forward + 10 Backward

Small circles

Medium circles

Big circles

10 KB strict presses

10 Strict presses with just bands

(stand with feet in bands and press)


Shoulder Press (7-7-7-5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1)

Add weight with bands and kettlebells
