Today, aim for that time to improve across the three rounds. Make that row moderate enough to allow for an unbroken set on the front squats and then treat the box like a row. It doesn’t have to be fast, just don’t stop. Today is relatively fast paced, but don’t go too fast. Hold back just enough to allow yourself to get right on the next movement and just keep holding that pace. All legs today, so expect it to burn pretty bad. You’re welcome.
