That grip’s about be blown UP! Because you’ve got to hold onto two kettlebells, as well as two bike handles, and use two hands to hold the paddle on the rower, your forearms are not going to get much of a break. That being said, your chance to let them catch a break is there on the bike. Essentially use those calories to use your legs and give your grip just a LITTLE. break. Not too slow though, because hey, it’s only three rounds!
