Nothin’ better than being on a team of 3. It means there’s a 1:2 work:rest ratio. It allows you to push for a little faster pace than you’d be able to hold if you were on your own, and then give you just enough rest to repeat throughout the workout. As the weights get heavier on the barbell, be sure to communicate with your teammates who’s going when and in what order as well as how fast the transitions will be. Communication is everything, so working on our breathing, working on communication, working on our bodies, happy friggin Saturday!!
