Here is a video of Rich Froning and Dan Bailey, both very accomplished athletes, doing a workout with snatches. If you watch them closely, you will see a change in their technique as they progress to heavier weights through the workout. Which technique is the right one? Actually a better question would be, “what technique should we use to maximize our potential in each workout so we can make ourselves fitter?” Whatever technique that is, we want it.
