The faster you’re done, the longer you get to rest. Today is all about keeping the intensity, and trying to get out ahead of the fatigue. Essentially, the fatigue sets in at about the 2:30 mark. Which means if you can finish somewhere between there and the 3:00 mark, you’re more likely to recover, then repeat. Today is a day to challenge yourself. See how hot you can go out the gate and then see how long you can hold it. Don’t go TOO hot, obviously, but test the waters a bit. You might surprise yourself.
