Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit
If you had to choose one movement to do every morning to wake up and get ready for the coming day, wallballs or kettlebell swings would deserve consideration. Both of these movements in particular carry with them a serious mental toughness aspect. How many wall balls can you do before letting the ball drop? How many swings can you do before letting the bell fall? Simple question. It’s really never fun to find the answer. But it’s worth trying once and a while.
