Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit

Two options for the EMOM: either stay at the same weight or build in weight. In other words, are you comfortable with the snatch and ready to challenge the weight, or are you still uncomfortable with the movement and ready to challenge the skill? If the former, build in weight. If the latter, stick with the same weight across all 10 sets and try and make it as good as you possibly can every time. Moving into Randy, breakup strategy is key. But even more importantly, don’t rest too long. That light weight will get HEAVY, so prolong that as long as possible and save your forearms a little by breaking into relatively small sets early. It’s gonna burn, so let it burn.
