A: Warm-up (No Measure)

2 Rounds

20 meter Bear crawl

100 meter Run

20 meter Crab walk

10 Burpees

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

Work up to 75% 1RM shoulder press


Shoulder Press (5-5-5-5-5)

Increase weight each set.

Attempt a new 5-rep max.
