If you can do a decent legitimate squat snatch, then you have made yourself almost immune to the risks of falling that inevitably come with age. If you can do it with anything from 75% to 100% of your bodyweight, then you have made yourself more athletic than the vast majority of the planet’s population.


A: Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds

20 m High knees

15 Jumping jacks

10 m Duck walk

5 MB snatch

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

Work up to 50% of your 1RM snatch with hang squat snatch


Hang Snatch (3-3-3-3-3-3-3)

Increase weight each set.

All reps must be a hang squat snatch
