A: Warm-up (No Measure)

10 m Spiderman crawl

10 m Frankenstein

10x Under the fence

20 m Butt kickers

20 m High knees

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

3-5 sets. Work up to 85% 1RM back squat.


Metcon (Time)

For time:

30 back squat w/ 80% 1RM
Rx+ = 85%
