Hopefully the weight on the barbell should be something we can hold onto for sets but within the workout, quick singles will likely be the best option in terms of pacing. Moving to the run, however, we can afford to start slow, then settle into whatever pace we’ve got after that. Coming off the cleans, the legs will be burning, so just start running, then increase speed from there. And of course, finish strong on that last sprint. Here we go, errbody!!!
