Following the theme of Thursdays being a little lower on the impact scale, today is a very “enjoyable” 5 round chipper that will actually move pretty fast. Which means, knowing that the pace will be pretty easy to maintain, pick a little more of an agressive pace on those lunges and sit-ups. It’s easier to breathe within those movements than it is during dumbbell power cleans. So, pick a faster pace, but control that breathing. 5 rounds of pure fun, lezz get it!
