Yup, that’s a lot of work!! Good thing it’s you and not one but TWO other people to help you suffer through it. With quite a bit of running, it is very easy to fall into the trap of pushing the runs versus saving some of that energy for the bike. That bike will go faster than you think, as long as you really push it when it’s your turn. Too slow and you’re wasting time. So make sure when it’s your turn, go a little harder than you might think, knowing you’ll get to rest two people’s-worth afterwords. Happy Saturday, folks!!
