We’ve got some high-skill found in the double-unders, and some grunt work with those deadlifts, so deciding how to scale will be important. Choose an amount of double-unders you can confidently get done within 1-2 sets. If not, single-unders are always a good option. For the weight, pick something you won’t be splitting up more than 2, maybe 3 times. As for those calories, put your head down and go.
