The weight for the barbell should be something you could complete 25+ unbroken when fresh. Keep that in mind when considering how to scale. Try to approach today with a positive mindset. 90 barbell reps means 90 separate chances to improve on overhead squatting and snatching. The more positive you are, the better it will go. Think of those runs as a bit of recovery so you can really challenge yourself inside with that bar. Move with purpose, break it up smart, and keep moving. Keep getting better.
