Over and Out

Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit

Building to a “heavy” complex today is highly relative to each individual. In one sense, today can be a chance to truly practice the skill of snatching. Put a light weight on there, and spend those 15 or so minutes working on it. Get the attention of a coach, figure out what needs to change, and work on it. Make it look as good as you possibly can. Moving from the complex to the workout, lighter is better. Holding onto the bar shouldn’t be too difficult and with too challenging of a weight (even slightly) that will not be attainable. So be smart, move slow and smooth on those burpees, and decide how many sets that barbell will be broken up into, and stick to that plan. Ain’t no thang.
