Oh yeah buddy! 30 minutes of absolute fun! Ordinarily, 20 minutes would be just fine, but no, not today! Today we make SURE you’re exhausted, so you are very, very welcome. However, it’ll be a little easier becuase you’ll be suffering alongside your buddy. Good news is, as the workout goes on, the numbers get higher and higher, which means the rest for YOU is longer and longer while your partner works. So as per usual, start off conservative, like you’re halfway through this AMRAP, and don’t fall into the trap of those 1’s and 2’s and 3’s. And happy Friday!!!

100 Meter Run, 1 Burpee Box Jump
100 Meter Run, 2 Burpee Box Jumps
100 Meter Run, 3 Burpee Box Jumps
Box Height: (24/20)
Record the total number of burpee box jumps completed at the end of 30 minutes. 100 Meter Runs do not count towards total score
Both athletes will complete a full round before moving up in reps
For Example:
Athlete 1 will complete a 100 Meter Run + 1 Burpee Box Jump
Athlete 2 will complete a 100 Meter Run + 1 Burpee Box Jump
Athlete 1 will complete a 100 Meter Run + 2 Burpee Box Jump…
