The thing with this workout is it doesn’t last long at all. The best thing you can do for yourself is to get your biggest set in that first minute. You’re freshest, you’re the most likely and ready to hold onto it, so get a big set. However, that is completely different from blowing up. What we don’t want is to do a max set of 50 and then be blown up. Get a big set, then aim for a few under for the next few sets. In that last minute, just hold on as long as you can. And when you drop it, pick it back up.
