225 reps total. That’s the volume you’re looking at for this workout. In terms of time domain, we’re looking at a longer conditioning piece, so scale accordingly. The rep scheme could be 15-12-9, or at the lowest even 9-6-3. Regardless, you want to pace to allow that last set of each movement to be done well, and quickly. Too hot out the gate means no energy at the end. So don’t be afraid to start slow, pace your breathing, then slowly slowly ramp up the pace. Happy Wednesday!!!!
