Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit

This workout is one that requires the ability to just forget about time. Don’t think about what round you’re on (obviously keep track if you don’t have a judge), don’t think about how many burpees or ground-to-overheads total this is. Just move. Just clear your head and go. I promise you, if you can breathe, you can move. So breathe big, and let’s do this!! First Open workout of the 2020 season!!!

8 ground-to-overheads, 95 lb/65lb

10 bar-facing burpees

Time cap: 15 minutes
