19.1 is finally here, and it’s as simple as it gets. What we know most about the simple ones is that they hurt the most. So don’t let the rep scheme or simplicity of the movements fool you. This will burn. A lot. What makes or breaks today is your mental ability to keep pushing. If you take too long transitioning between movements it means you give yourself time to process how much it burns. Don’t do that. Get off, pick it up, and just go. Go to your happy place and stay there, and then when you hear, “30 seconds left,” you give it all you got. 19.1 is here!
