Once again the CrossFit Games Open comes to an end. And what a way to finish! Don’t let this one fool you. Even if the weight of the thrusters doesn’t bother you and even if the number of double unders doesn’t phase you, the combination of these two for 10 rounds will provide a deceptively hard workout that’s bound to test your skill and resolve. That being said, remember, it’s just another workout. The Open has been a lot of fun this year. Let’s all end it that way! Good luck!
