This one’s a chipper, folks. Even if it does list only 3 movements, 6 rounds makes it a little more . . . interesting. Today’s problem will not be breathing. More than likely, it will be muscular fatigue and failure. For those strict toes-to-bar, find a scale that challenges you, but doesn’t hold you up. For the farmer’s carry, pick a weight that makes it very painful, but doable. And on that bike, 15/12 calories isn’t a lot, so challenge your pace. Don’t use it as the “recovery”, that’s where you push it. So let’s push it folks.
