Very fast paced, interesting and different type of workout today. The cool part is that your midline will very slowly and very surely break down with every 5 reps of toes to bar. Which then induces fatigue causing the power cleans to become heavier and heavier. Which means, start out with a weight you can maintain for sets. The stimulus is quick and painful, this shouldn’t be too much of a chipper. So nice and easy, nice and painful.
