It’s been a little while since we’ve done, “Nancy” so now’s our chance to see how we’ve improved. With 5 rounds in front of us, the idea is to set yourself up for a maintainable pace in the first round, hold it for the next three, then push as hard as you possibly can on that 5th round. Nancy is notorious for every round getting more difficult on those runs, which means challenge accepted. Let’s PR this one, everybody, WOO!
