Nancy is the epitome of conditioning, and since we’ve been training that a lot recently, really try and push yourself on this one. Use the pause squats as practice for the workout. Focus on that form. For Nancy, the goal is to go unbroken. Find a pace on the run that you can comfortably sustain but is also pushing a bit. You shouldn’t feel dead when you approach that bar. If unbroken doesn’t happen, make them large sets, and don’t rest too much. Run, squat, and breathe. Easy.
