A Fight Gone Bad-esque type of workout today. Yes it is 4 rounds, BUT, there’s 2 minutes of rest instead of 1! Yay! Which hopefully means holding onto a consistent number across all the rounds will be just a little easier. So use Round 1 to establish your number, then repeat, and repeat, and repeat. Easy. Ain’t nuttin’.
