VERY different format for teams today, and it goes as follows: athlete 1 will start on their jumprope. At the top of the minute, athlete 1 will move to the abmat while athlete 2 starts their jumprope. On the next minute, athlete 1 will move to the bike, athlete 2 will move to the abmat, and athlete 3 will start on their jumprope. And so on and so forth until all 3 partners have completed 5 rounds at each station. The score today is the total number of calories on the bike so no, you do not get credit for the jumprope/abmat. Isn’t that NEAT?!
