Today we remember. Today we honor those who gave their lives by giving back in our own unique way that will never fully live up to their sacrifice. Today it is our turn to say, “thank you.” Today we run 2 miles, do 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 squats, so that we may say thank you. So in the fight and in the pain remember those who gave it all, and let’s give a piece of ourselves back. Happy Memorial Day, everyone. May we remember always.
