Power = The ability to apply maximum force in minimum time. To put it in pure physics terms, power is work performed over time. Most of the movements we do in CrossFit actually allow us to measure quite accurately and precisely the amount of work being done by an individual, and thus we can derive their exact power output in almost any given workout. And that is what we mean by intensity.


A: Warm-up (No Measure)

7 Minutes:

5 Pullups

5 Ring dips

5 Toes to bar

10 Walking lunges w/ PVC overhead

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

10 Minutes:

Work up to 80% 1RM Front squat


Front Squat (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

Attempt a new 1 rep max
