Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit

Officially the first Sunday class of Iron Grip CrossFit’s history! Welcome! As you will start to see, Sunday’s have a pattern of being on the low-impact side of things. Which means the stimulus is kind of relative, but the idea is mostly the same, with the idea being to not challenge your body too much to wreck you for the upcoming week. Especially for this workout, those rope climbs can get deceiving, so if need be, don’t afraid to scale down the number of rope climbs, or the variation of the movement. Happy Sunday, everybody!!
