The name of the workout is aptly put, because that kettlebell is going to catch up a lot faster than you might thing. The bike and rope climbs are there to just fatigue you, the swings are there to challenge you. In that case, take advantage of the bike by really relaxing your breathing and grip and shoulders and use those legs. That way, it’s get off the bike and immediately on the kettlebell. Other than that, just working through like it’s nothin’!! And tomorrow’s Friday!! Yay!
