The lovely, lovely thing about dumbbell hang clean and jerks is you get to rest one arm for 5 whole reps while the other gets to work. Which is just fantastic. So pace those runs so you can come in and get big sets on that dumbbell. Once you’re through those, jump straight on that pull-up bar and get to work. Then, back to running, which is just fantastic.
Today is Tuesday, so today’s gonna be an awesome day. Which is just fantastic.
