If we’re going to stop moving, it should be on the cleans. Stop moving on anything else and all you’re doing is hurting yourself in the end (in terms of work completed.) Have a plan for how long you want a round to take, and stick to that plan. 2:00 a round yields 10 rounds. 2:30 a round gives you 8 rounds at the end. So find a pace, stick to it, and hold on.
