Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit

Here’s your challenge today: see what you can do on the box jumps. There isn’t a whole lot of difference in time between fast wallballs and slow wallballs, but there is a significant difference between fast box jumps and slow box jumps. Does that mean you should be rebounding every single time? Not necessarily. All we’re looking for today is to try a faster cycling time than you’re used to with these box jumps. Similar to last weeks run/chest-to-bar/dumbbell snatch workout, pace the runs to go big inside the gym. Challenge yourself, see what happens, and we’ll see you on the other side!
