Another fantastical and amazing partner-type workout today, folks! The good news is, you get to have those good looking people next to you on your team assisting you in the score for today: calories on the row. Everyone will end up having 3 turns on the row, which is where the bulk of the energy should be put into. So on the other part, it’s really just about moving smooth, moving together, and then coming back in and getting on that row as soon as you can. As always, today’s gonna be AWEsome, let’s do it.
