WE’RE FINALLY RUNNING AGAIN! Today’s the day to finally challenge our monostructural abilities in ways BESIDES rowing and biking. Today we get to run. Which means, if you are not confident you can run a mile while also doing 36 Power Cleans, 36 Front Squats, and 36 Push Jerks, scale accordingly. Same with the barbell. Scale to where the front squats and push jerks remain unbroken with ease. There should be no question with the weight, it is simply run in, pick it up, and hardly ever put it down.
