Little bit of Lynne, little bit of Nicole in here. Today is not necessarily about TIME, but instead about reps. What that DOESN’T mean is to take as long as you need waiting till you’re ready to jump on either the barbell or pullup bar. You should be constantly moving, but your score is your total number of reps. So challenge yourself, make the transitions realistic, don’t rest TOO long, and recover on that run. 5 rounds, lezz do it.
