The burpee pull-up is a great way to increase the potential for a stronger pull-up. Luckily, there are 9 chances per round to increase that potential. Therefore, the pace today is nice and easy, just keep moving. Spiking the heart rate out the gate will not be a great way to achieve the pace we want. So take it nice and easy today, keep moving, and keep raising that potential.
