Today is all about knowing your limit early on, and planning ahead. The wallballs and snatches should be a weight you could do 25+ reps with when fresh; they will also be where you try and shoot for a number that stays consistent throughout the five rounds. The bike is the wild card. Feeling it out the first minute will be the challenge. Don’t go too hard where duplicating it is impossible, but don’t hold back too much where attaining it later on is too easy. Know your limit and plan ahead.
