15 Air squats
10 Hip extensions
10 second L-sit
B: Warm-up (No Measure)
10 Minutes:
Use 4 sets to build up to your first working set of 2.
Set 1: 10 reps
Set 2: 7 reps
Set 3: 5 reps
Set 4: 3 reps
Weightlifting
Deadlift (2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2)
Increase weight each set. Establish a 2-rep max.
