Teams of 3 complete 12 total rounds
Each team mate attempts to row exactly 100 meters. Penalty situps for every meter off the mark.

Teams of 3 complete:

30 meter tire flips

60 Clean and jerks @ 95/65

30 meter tire flips

60 Burpees
The whole team works simultaneously (as possible) to complete the workout.
